What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

I want a refund/exchange/cancel my order. Is this possible?
Yes, these are all possible. You can cancel your order right up until the moment it is dispatched from the warehouse. Please drop us a message on our contact form or via live chat.

What do I do if my order is damaged?
In the unfortunate and unlikely event that your order is damaged, please send us an email at cabana.acai.my@gmail.com with photos of your damaged order and our customer service team will work with you to have your order refunded or exchanged.

Do you deliver outside of Kuala Lumpur/Selangor?
We deliver to all states on West Coast Peninsular Malaysia including Johor Bahru. We do not deliver to East Coast Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia at this time.

What are the delivery options and costs?

Delivery is RM10 for orders within Klang Valley and RM30 for orders outside Klang Valley.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders placed will be delivered within 3 business days.

What time will my order be delivered?
We are unable to guarantee time of delivery. Our drivers will contact you on delivery day to arrange a time with you.

How will my order be delivered?
All orders are transported in temperature-controlled trucks to ensure all products stay frozen up until delivery.

I will not be home to receive my order. Can I have my order delivered on a different day or to a different address?
Yes, our logistics provider will give you a call on the day of the delivery to confirm delivery arrangements with you. Please let them know if you would like to have the order delivered on a different day or to a different address.

Can I amend my processed order?
Yes, you can amend an order by dropping us a message on our contact form or via live chat. Please note that we are unable to amend an order once it has been dispatched from the warehouse.
